The Art of Marriage consists of six video-based sessions and an accompanying manual (one for each attendee) that provides couples with projects to help apply the principles taught during each session. The manual is also designed for couples to use after the event by offering articles, date night ideas, and useful tips for continuing to strengthen their marriage.

Cost for the event is $40.00 per couple.  Couples also need to plan on buying lunch at a local restaurant on Saturday

Friday, February 17

• 7:00 PM - Welcome and Introduction
• 7:15 PM - Session One: Love Happens (Purpose of marriage)
• 8:15 PM - Break
• 8:30 PM - Session Two: Love Fades (Drift to isolation)
• 9:30 PM - Dismiss for Project One

Saturday, February 18

• 9:00 AM - Session Three: Love Dances (Marriage roles)
• 10:00 AM - Break and Project Two
• 11:00 AM - Session Four: Love Interrupted (Communication)
• 12:00 PM (Noon) - Break for Lunch (at a local restaurant) and Project Three
• 2:00 PM - Session Five: Love Sizzles (Romance and sex)
• 3:00 PM - Break
• 3:15 PM - Session Six: Love Always (Lasting legacy)
• 4:15 PM - Closing

Childcare
We believe that couples will get the most out of the conference if they know their children are well cared for at home during the event.
Get Away to Get Together
“Get Away to Get Together” by staying with your spouse at a hotel on Friday and/or Saturday night. The closest hotel to Community Christian Church is the Hampton Hotel and Suites (Commercial Blvd just west of Hiatus Rd.). Call them directly at 954-724-7115 to reserve a room.  There are plenty of nearby restaurants.
