Training is defined as causing a mental or physical faculty to be sharp, discerning and developed as a result of instruction and practice.
True wellness is holistic in nature. The Bible tells us… "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own" 1 Cor. 6:19
Our mission is to foster the development of a sound mind, strong body and unrelenting spirit capable to withstand and overcome the pressure and stress of modern life. We will be hosting 6 week training regimens, emphasizing one particular exercise modality, such as Strength Training, Kick boxing, Pilates, Functional Training, etc…Our mission is to empower you towards establishing daily practices that increase your awareness and mindfulness towards harmonizing spirit, soul and body. We ALL have untapped potential within us that must be consciously cultivated and actively engaged.
Co-ed ages 18+. Begins April 11th, 2019 at 6:00 pm. Childcare is available.
