Imagine the Possibilities was the name of the campaign in which our church members gave sacrificially so that we could buy land, build a building and relocate from our location in Plantation to our exciting new campus in Tamarac. Since our relocation in December 2007, over 1,000 people been baptized into Christ, and thousands of lives have been changed because of the teaching and ministry of Community Christian Church. Our staff is continuing to imagine an even more exciting future, with greater possibilities for changing lives through the power of Jesus Christ.
Imagine the Possibilities 2.0 is the name of our initiative in which we hope to raise funds to make significant upgrades to our current facilities, making it an even more effective tool for God’s work. ITP 2.0 is about creating irresistible environments for kids, students and adults to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Because of your generosity to ITP 2.0, we made needed improvements to KIDZ Café and The Attic, making them even better environments for our children and youth. We added more seating for middle and high school students and added a new electronic check-in system for CommunityKIDZ. We also added an exciting new children’s playground and a new high definition video screen in the Auditorium.
We hope to make some other significant improvements in 2016 including a complete makeover of the decor in the KIDZ areas and upgrades to the sound and lighting systems in The Loft for our middle school and high school students. In addition, we are making some huge improvements to the video system in the Auditorium, including two additional video screens and live cameras. And other exciting upgrades are planned for our Lobby and Welcome Center. We will continue to use 10% of everything given to ITP 2.0 to help create new possibilities for some of the missions we support.
Please prayerfully consider giving over and above your usual tithes and offerings towards Imagine the Possibilities 2.0. Enter an amount on the ITP (Building Fund) line of your offering envelope or when giving online.
