Dominican Republic

For the first time ever, we’re sending a team to build houses for families living in extreme poverty in the Dominican Republic. As with Guatemala, it doesn’t matter whether you’re a master carpenter or aren’t quite sure how to hold a hammer. All levels of experience are welcome to join our Dominican Republic team!

Haiti (Haitian Christian Mission)
November 5 – 12 (8 days)
Cost: $995

Community has adopted a Haitian church in the town of Chapotin, northeast of the capital city Port Au Prince. While there, we’ll engage with the community in various ways, spend time with children, be able to help in HCM’s peanut butter factory, help renovate their church building, and more!

How to Get Involved:

Pray

Put the trips on your calendar and pray for the safety and effectiveness of the participants. Visit the missions page on our website and pray for our missionaries.

Give

Maybe you can’t go but you would like to help someone else go by sponsoring them. Designate your gift as “mission trip sponsorship” and it will be applied to someone who needs the help.

Go

Pray for God to lead you to the right trip. Attend the Orientation Meetings. Make sure you can take time off work. Dive in!

The goal of Community’s Mission Trips is to go in the name of Christ, sharing His love in meaningful ways, serving with believers in other cultures, and growing in our own relationship with God. Watch the recap videos for some of these trips below.
