Serve in Our Community

Community Impact

Community Impact is a quarterly event that provides opportunities for everyone to go out and serve in our community.  We offer opportunities to serve the elderly, the homeless, children, and less fortunate. Serving is a great way to grow as a follower of Christ, meet new people and build relationships all while showing God’s love to our community. Heart 4 Seniors

We have adopted two local senior homes where we hold a worship service with the residents. We serve at Active Senior Living on the 1st Saturday of every month at 1:30 PM and at the Tamarac Rehab Center on the 3rd Sunday of every month at 2:30 PM. If you have a heart for seniors and want to be part of their worship service email

Hope 4 the Homeless

Join us as we feed the homeless every 2nd Friday of each Month.  We have partnered with Fifth Avenue Church and use their facility to serve hot meals to 100+ homeless men and women around the downtown Ft. Lauderdale area.  Our team cooks up and serves a hot meal and creates a loving atmosphere with music and a devotional teaching prior to serving the meal.   If you want to volunteer or would like further information on this serve email

Threads 4 Hope

Join us as we make prayer quilts for patients with long-term illnesses on the third Tuesday of every month from 7:00 – 8:30 PM. Can’t sew? No worries! We need many hands to help iron, pin and cut. Each quilt will be prayed over and hand delivered. For more information email

Chains of Love

Join us as we knits/crochets blankets for Plantation General’s neo-natal ICU. They meet at church alongside Threads 4 Hope the third Tuesday of every month from 7:00 – 8:30 PM.  If you do not know how to knit or crochet, not a problem! You can partner with someone and learn a new skill. It’s a good excuse for a Girl’s Night Out, with a chance to make new friends and serve. For more information email
