At Community Students, we want every student to…
-Believe in Jesus.
-Belong in a LifeGroup.
-Become a part of God’s story.
Middle School is such an important time in the life of a student. One thing middle school students can count on is change and with all the changes happening in their world, Community Students aims to be a constant in their lives. Every single week students will experience Bible-based messages that encourage them to live their faith out on a daily basis. Students will also engage in high-energy worship, participate in fun games, and connect with other students. The most important part of our service comes during LifeGroup time. Students will break out into groups divided by grade and gender where they will discuss the week’s message, apply it to their lives, and finish up with a prayer time for each other. Our Middle School Ministry meets on Sunday mornings at 9:30 or 11:15 AM. Not ready to join us in-person? Jump online on YouTube here! (click for more info)
The high school years are a time of preparation in school, relationships, and most importantly we believe they are a preparation time for faith. It’s through our High School Ministry that we aim to prepare students to begin to own their faith. Each week students hear a relevant, and Bible-based message that calls them to move deeper into their relationship with Christ. Along with that, our Community Students band leads our high school students in worship through engaging and uplifting songs. To conclude each service, our students are then divided into LifeGroups by grade and gender. It’s in these groups that high school students are able to apply the message in a more personal way, gain Christ-centered relationships with those in the group, and have a time of prayer for the week to come. Our High School Ministry currently meets Sundays at 6:00 PM. Not ready to join us in-person? Jump online on YouTube here! (click for more info)

Every week our team will prepare a daily devotional for your student to read. Each devotional comes complete with Bible verses, a daily thought to think through, and a prayer time. These devotionals are for both middle and high school students. Feel free to join your student in reading them and consider having spiritual conversations centered around the devos! Ask questions like, “What’d you take away from your devo today?” Or, “What do you think God said to you today through your reading?”…these questions open up the door for great conversations centered around Jesus.
Each month our student pastors produce a podcast that is designed to encourage parents of middle school and high school parents. Each episode will focus on topics relevant to parenting teens, and each episode will provide practical tips on how to become a better parent during these years. Check the podcast out today! Give it a listen on Spotify or Apple Podcasts.
