Get Involved!

Saturday, December 4

Community Impact is an opportunity for our church to serve Broward County, and show God’s love through intentional acts of kindness.

We partner with local benevolent organizations in Broward County and provide volunteers to meet their needs.

Many of our volunteer opportunities are family-friendly, allowing you to serve alongside your children. Community Impact events are for everyone, regardless of whether you regularly attend Community Christian Church or not, all are invited! Invite your friends to make a difference by joining us. It’s a great way for them to see Christ at work in the lives of those who love and serve Him.

COVID-19 hasn’t stopped us from mobilizing volunteers and serving others but it has made it, well—different. In order to keep you and those around you safe, we ask that you comply with CDC guidelines as it relates to the COVID-19 virus. Wearing a face mask is OPTIONAL and we ask that you all practice social distancing while volunteering.

Please note that while we will NOT be offering childcare during our Community Impact event, there are several options below for you and your children to serve together as a family 🙂

Thanks for your cooperation. Enjoy your serve!

Several children here in Broward County aren’t sure where their next meal will come from after they leave school on Friday. They are silently suffering from homelessness and hunger. As a community of believers, we can come together and do something about this.

We want to encourage you to collect and bring in the listed food items at the button below and drop them off in the steel bin at the Main Lobby entrance of the church. You can also have these food items shipped directly to us if you’d rather not leave home. We collect these items all year long as a continuous way to give back and make a difference in our local Tamarac schools.
