Community’s mission is to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus.

That’s our mission and we will never stop doing what we can, with the power and guidance of the Holy Spirit, to advance that mission in our community and around the world. We are so excited to welcome aboard the right candidate who is looking to learn and grow in their knowledge and understanding of what it looks like to do full-time ministry at a healthy, thriving, diverse church in South Florida. Our church, in spite of the global pandemic, has seen more people engage with God than ever before because of our online presence. Now, we are back meeting together in person, still engaging with our online experience, opening a new NextGen building (Jan 2021), and have just launched our first multisite campus in Pompano Beach. With 3 expressions of our church (Tamarac, Pompano Beach, Online) reaching thousands we feel this is a great opportunity and environment for a student or graduate to learn while “in the game.”

We are a beautiful mosaic of international diversity with attendees from over 85 different nations. It is beautiful to be a part of a church that we believe looks a lot like heaven. Our worship services are contemporary, our Children’s Ministry and Student Ministry are thriving, and we are always focused on outreach and evangelism. Pre-COVID our growth was such that we had to build a new building, which as was mentioned above is opening in January 2021. This new NextGen building is going to serve thousands of kids preschool – 5th grade as well as all of our middle and high school students. We also just finished renovations to our auditorium that increased our seating capacity to 2000. We are ready for what God is going to do.
