WHO WE ARE

Welcome to the online home of Community Christian Church. We believe that all people matter to God and therefore they matter to us. Because of this, we welcome people from all backgrounds regardless of where they are on their spiritual journey. At Community we are striving to become the kind of church described in the Bible, where there is relevant teaching, heart-felt worship, honest friendships, consistent prayer, and compassionate care for those who are in need. In short, we would like to have the kind of contagious Christianity that can influence and encourage our entire community, one life at a time.

So whether you are a spiritual seeker who’s just starting to ask questions about God or a committed Christian who wants to sink the roots of your faith even deeper, you can find a home here at Community Christian Church. You’ll find that this is a place where you really do matter to us because you matter to God.

HERE ARE SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
YOU MAY HAVE BEFORE YOUR FIRST VISIT:

Services are around 65 minutes long. Each week, we worship God through high-energy music. You’ll hear a message from Pastor Scott or one of the other pastors from Community from the Bible, why it matters, and how to apply it to our lives. Each campus hears the same message from the same pastor each week.

You can park anywhere in our parking lot. Traffic team volunteers wearing yellow shirts will help direct you to an available spot at our busier services.

Follow the signs to our Lobby and look for Connecting Point. Staff and volunteers there will welcome you, answer any questions, and show you around. If you need to check-in children to Community Kids or Community Students, they will help you find where you need to go.

We suggest you arrive a few minutes before the service starts, especially if you have children to check-in to Community Kids or Community Students. Feel free to grab a drink at the cafe window. If you want to take communion during the service, grab communion supplies near the entrance doors to the Auditorium (gluten-free communion is available at Guest Services). After the service, stop by Connecting Point to pick up a free welcome gift.

Wear whatever you want and are comfortable in! We are pretty casual around here.

Community Kids is for children birth – grade 5. In the Nursery and Toddler rooms, your child will be cared for by an amazing team and experience playtime activities based on lessons from the Bible. Elementary children K – 5 gather for music and teaching, then break into smaller groups based on age and gender. All Community Kids volunteers are background-checked before serving.
